Priority Type
Prerequisite — must be completed before anything else can move forward
Parallel — can be worked on at the same time as other items in the same phase
Task Division Bar
The colored bar shows who is involved in this goal.
Quick rule for the client: If you see a black bar in the Task Division column, that goal has an action waiting on you. Open the subitems, find your name, and get it done.
Subitems Status
Tracks completion at the subitem level. A goal is not truly done until all subitems show complete.
Status Column
Not Started — no action taken yet
In Progress — at least one subitem is being worked on
Done — all subitems complete
Stuck — blocked, needs attention
